36 oz of shrimp
- measuring spoons
- large bowl
- large spoon
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 36 oz. large, peeled and deveined uncooked shrimp
- fresh squeezed juice of one lime and a little extra to squeeze over cooked shrimp
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in bowl, coat all of the shrimp, and let marinate 1 hour
Grill over medium heat about 3 minutes each side or until shrimp turns pink.
Do not over cook or shrimp will become rubbery.
Notes: Squeeze fresh lime juice over cooked shrimp for a fresh taste of lime. Great accompanied by grilled vegetables!
