Grilled Chili Lime Shrimp

3 minutes each side or until they turn pink

Prep Notes

Gather:

  • measuring spoons
  • large bowl
  • large spoon
  • ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1Tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 36 oz. large, peeled and deveined uncooked shrimp
  • fresh squeezed juice of one lime and a little extra to squeeze over cooked shrimp
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in bowl, coat all of the shrimp, and let marinate 1 hour

Grill over medium heat about 3 minutes each side or until shrimp turns pink.

Do not over cook or shrimp will become rubbery.

Notes: Squeeze fresh lime juice over cooked shrimp for a fresh taste of lime. Great accompanied by grilled vegetables!
