I have known Terese for the past eighteen years. She is my friend, confidant and now my life coach. I have had multiple chronic medical issues since 1998. Through her guidance, caring and encouragement, positive interventions have been put in place and positive changes in my life continue. This is a great blessing for me, especially when a new day dawns and my responsibilities continue.

During the time when my parents went through terminal illnesses her spiritual, emotional and psychological support and guidance was invaluable to me and also of great comfort, especially during those difficult days just before and also after their passing.
